  2. This article is very important and educative. Childhood as well well as adults obesity is a very complex and irritating health issue for everyone with that kind problem. It is always crucial to take a very good care for our bodies for us to stay healthy at all times.  It’s therefore very important to take into consideration the practices and measures that will prevent childhood obesity.

  3. I have a nephew who was obese when he was younger. It has to do with the family culture where the grandparents will always cook a lot and want to feed their grandchildren, ensuring they are well-fed. The parents couldn’t really stop the grandma in particular. At some point, I see the mother (my sis-in-law) sometimes jeer at her own son, perhaps wanting to goad him to eat less. I didn’t think that was a good idea but luckily, over time, he is no longer obese and is looking quite fit. It must have taken a lot of effort for him to make that change.

What do you think are some additional ways that parents can do to help their obese children?
